Ballots will be revealed immediately
The vote is 96-51 approving Hartnett's amendment.
Bear in mind that the interesting vote was on Geren's amendment, which basically was Craddick supporters vs Team Pitts. Lots of members who wanted Geren's amendment now are voting with Hartnett, so they can't be accused of wanting to hide their votes.

So does this mean that the House is leaning towards electing Craddick?

I get sick to my stomach reading about the kinds of things that are going on down in Austin. Craddick needs to go!

This is the pits. Looks like the "auto-Craddick" way of governing is going to live on. I long for the day our democratically elected lawmakers will be freed to vote their consciences.
Craddick and Hartnett appear to me to stand for consolidation of power in the hands of the few (exhibit A being those who pay to remodel Craddick's apartment).
