Haggerty gets the vote started
Rep. Pat Haggerty, R-El Paso, is in the middle of taking roll call vote on the speaker in a speech of personal privilege. He's calling each member's name, and just making them vote.
Sly Turner tried to shut him down, but Pat says this is the only way they'll have a vote.
The anti-Craddicks just took their voting key and are walking out.

Hmmm. Fewer than one-third of members walked out in protest of the Speaker. Any yet all we read is how everyone is against him and how the whole House is in disorder.
Seems that numbers trump wishful thinking.

Pratt, once again, you're misinformed.
I count at least 12 - and that's being conservative - votes in that 94 who i know for a FACT would vote to vacate.
They didn't all walkout. Or, they were ghost voted.
Rep. Todd Smith, who filed the resolution, was among those 94.
This number, just like the overrule vote a few weeks ago, doesn't mean anything.
